Medicare Advantage
Medicare Advantage (also known as “Part C”) is a type of Medicare health plan offered by a private company that contracts with Medicare. These plans include Part A, Part B, and usually Part D. Plans may offer some extra benefits that Original Medicare doesn’t cover, such as dental, vision, and hearing.
Medicare Supplement
Protection Products
Ancillary Medicare products are supplemental insurance plans that fill gaps in Medicare Supplement or Advantage plans. They are often offered as add-ons rather than reducing the main product’s price. Ancillary products can help with costs that Medicare doesn’t cover, such as hospital admission costs, Medical and nonmedical costs, and everyday living expenses. The types of products we offer include cancer protection, heart attack and stroke protection, and home care products.
Dental, Vision, and Hearing Plans
These plans offer specific coverage for dental, vision, and hearing benefits. We work with many dental companies to provide the best options for our clients, covering both preventative and comprehensive dental benefits. Vision and hearing benefits can also be added.
Standalone Part D
A standalone Medicare Part D plan, also known as a Prescription Drug Plan (PDP), is a private insurance plan that provides prescription drug coverage for Medicare beneficiaries. Part D plans can be purchased separately from other health insurance plans and offer flexibility in choosing a formulary of covered medications and a network of pharmacies.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have Questions? We Are Here to Help!
We take pride in being both helpful and providing clarity. With our guidance, Medicare doesn’t have to be overwhelming—let us simplify the process for you.
Why do I need a Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage plan?
In general, Medicare only covers about 80% of healthcare costs, so adding additional coverage to fill in the gaps is critical. Original Medicare also doesn’t include prescription drug coverage or extra benefits, such as dental, OTC, and hearing.
Why do I need Part D drug coverage?
Medicare encourages anyone who is eligible for Part A benefits to sign up for Part D or face a penalty later if you don’t sign up when you are first eligible. This penalty can be waived if you have creditable drug coverage through an employer. Part D can protect you from high prescription drug costs.
What is the process of signing up for Medicare?
Some people get Medicare automatically, and some must sign up for it. At Health 360 Concierge, we simplify the process and help you sign up for Medicare and more.
Why do I need an agent?
A Medicare insurance agent, also known as a broker, can help you find the right Medicare plan by evaluating your needs and preferences, explaining plan benefits and restrictions, and comparing options. They can also help you enroll in a plan. Working with an agent can save you time and money, and it’s free. Agents are also there for you beyond the enrollment process, including helping you with any questions or concerns you might have regarding your health insurance. At Health 360 Concierge, we are committed to excellent customer service.
Where does the appointment take place?
At Health 360 Concierge, we want you to feel comfortable, so most of our appointments occur in our clients’ homes. We also meet with people in public places, such as libraries, coffee shops, and more! We are flexible and can meet in almost any meeting place.
Are there any fees for our service?
Absolutely not. We never charge for our services. As insurance agents, we get paid by the health insurance carriers we contract with.
